The original charter of Harvard Boarding School states it was established to educate and Christianize American Indian youths.

The 1650 charter provides that Harvard's founding purpose was...

''the education of the English and Indian youths of this country in knowledge and godliness.''

First we must recognize the fact that the Indians belonged unto the land...  the land did not belong to the Indians.

No precedent like European law had been known: the "Deed of Trust" and "Title to the Land" did not exist in the New World.

Worst case example — Harvard Law School's most famous graduate — Fidel Castro is now the second richest man in the world.

Castro was a folk hero, the charismatic leader was ready at last to free his people from our man — the cruel Fulgencio Batista.

Castro was up to the task except he was a graduate of Harvard Law: the result is history and the Caribbean Resort is no more.

Basically the orphans of the North American genocide where too young to kill.  The task of Harvard Boarding School was

to strip them of their indigenous rights, forbid their language, take their clothes, cut their hair and Christianize what was left.

These poor orphans had already witnessed the slaughter of their parents and tribal members.  They were still in shock and

culturally at odds.  They had no resources left to ward off the forced Christianity or the eradication of their heritage.

Over 1,700 indigenous languages — all of which spoke everlasting life — on the North American Continent alone, have been lost to the onslaught of the hoards of genetically hardened cave dwellers from Europe.  This was the New World promise to heal the Old World pain but the invaders, by ice age necessity after having been trapped by the Alps — the only east-west mountain range on the planet — were conditioned over the eons to grab everything that was not nailed down and carry it to the caves for the hard 10 month long winters.  This east-west mountain range is the reason there are no native species of trees left in Europe. Sandwiched between the Mediterranean and the east-west Alps tree species and animals, humans included, could not migrate. The "Deed of Trust" and "Title to the Land" is our inheritance reflected in the law of the land from survivor hardened Europe.

The Renaissance brought the war revolution from Europe to descend upon the indigenous easy going migration cultures of earth.
